Our flexible panels have achieved JPEA registration and cleared stringent quality standards such as TUV certifications, with a proven track record of stable supply to the Japanese market. Recently, we have exported flexible panels totaling 5MW (100 pallets) to Japan, further solidifying our reliability and reputation.
2. SEAFOREST TUV-Certified Standard Products (Product Insurance Included / 12-Year Product Warranty / 25-Year Linear Power Warranty)
The 520W model (SF-520M-FL) we previously delivered has now been discontinued, but we offer successor high-efficiency models.

All products feature N-type cells, are TUV-certified, include product insurance, and come with a 12-year product warranty and 25-year linear power output warranty.
3. SEAFOREST's Unique Technological Advantages
① Crack Resistance: In addition to optimizing wafer pre-treatment for TOPCon cell structures, we implement a unique "Ultra-High Aspect Ratio Fiber Reinforcement Layer" developed based on over 20 years of technological accumulation at the Chinese Academy of Sciences. This "invisible armor" protects fragile cells, achieving both lightweight design and high strength. It has also passed rigorous hail impact tests (test report attached).
② Wind & Snow Load Resistance: Wind tunnel tests were conducted at TUV SÜD and Tsinghua University Hefei Institute for Public Safety Research according to the GJB 150.21A-2009 standard. Modules showed no damage after continuous 10-minute exposure to winds of 56.2–58.8 m/s (equivalent to category 17 typhoon force) from both frontal and side directions. The product also withstands a 5400Pa front load test (equivalent to approx. 2m of snow).
③ Environmental Adaptability: The module surface features a highly weather-resistant fluorine resin film. Our flexible modules have achieved Severity Level 6 in the TUV SÜD salt spray test, complying with the IEC 61701:2020 standard, demonstrating sufficient durability in corrosive salt-laden environments (certificate attached).
